How does pricing work?
We price based on your roster size, number of campaigns, and team needs. No per-video fees, no percentage cuts on payouts. We'll put together a plan that makes sense for how you work.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account starts with a free trial so you can import your creators, see the dashboard with real data, and decide if it replaces your spreadsheet before you pay anything.
Which platforms do you track?
TikTok and Instagram. We pull views, likes, comments, and shares for every video. YouTube support is on the roadmap.
How does CPM payment calculation work?
You set a CPM rate (cost per 1,000 views) and an optional view cap for each creator or video. As views come in, ViewsBase calculates earnings automatically. When you're ready, you finalize the amounts and export a payment summary.
Do you send payments directly to creators?
Not yet. ViewsBase calculates and tracks what each creator is owed, but the actual payment happens through your existing process. Direct creator payouts are on our roadmap.
How is my data protected?
Your data lives in a PostgreSQL database with row-level security. Each organization's data is fully isolated. All connections are encrypted end-to-end.
