Campaign Reports

How to create markdown exports and shareable campaign report links.

Campaign Reports turn internal creator performance into a shareable summary. They are meant for campaign operators, clients, and internal stakeholders who need the campaign snapshot without direct dashboard access.

Reports include internal creator posts only. Competitor/reference videos are excluded.

Creating a Report

Open Reports inside a campaign. The tab appears for users who can edit the campaign.

Choose an optional date range:

  • Start - include posts from this date forward
  • End - include posts through this date
  • Leave both empty for all-time reporting

Markdown Export

Use Copy or Download to generate a markdown report.

The report includes:

  • Campaign name
  • Date range
  • Generated timestamp
  • Summary stats
  • Top creators
  • Tracked internal posts
  • Payout summary when relevant

Markdown is useful for Slack, email, Notion, Google Docs, or a client-facing recap.

Use Create Link to generate a public report URL. Links use the /report/[token] route and can be copied from the Reports tab.

Each link records:

  • Date range
  • Whether payout totals are included
  • Creation time
  • Snapshot generation time when snapshots are supported
  • Active or revoked state

Include Payout Totals

The Include payout totals checkbox controls whether the shared link exposes payout amounts.

Use payout totals for finance/admin recipients. Leave payouts hidden for performance-only reports.

Use revoke when a report should no longer be accessible. Revoked links remain listed in the dashboard with a revoked badge so admins can see what happened.

What Reports Exclude

Reports do not include:

  • Competitor/reference videos
  • Watched competitor account imports
  • Rejected videos
  • Payment request or approval workflow state
  • Private dashboard-only controls
  1. Review Overview for campaign health
  2. Use Posts to finalize or reject any videos that should not stay pending
  3. Open Payments to confirm finalized unpaid totals
  4. Open Reports and select the date range
  5. Copy markdown for internal notes or create a shareable link for stakeholders
  6. Include payout totals only when the recipient should see payment amounts
